We’re excited to share that our Sabha Sajjad-Hazai will be joining The Advocates’ Society as a speaker at the Winter Summit: Big Chill Faculty from February 6–7, 2026. This conference will gather leaders for meaningful dialogue on creating change, responsive leadership, and adapting to external forces in today’s legal age.
On February 7, Sabha will take the stage and will be apart of the discussion “Embracing Innovation in Your Litigation Practice.” This session aligns with the summit’s second-day themes Invoking Change: Proactive Leadership – Creating Positive Change
Drawing on more than 20 years of progressive leadership which spans from interfaith community engagement, legal technology development, and access-to-justice initiatives—Sabha brings a holistic perspective to litigation innovation. Her experience includes serving as a deputy judge in Central West, developing and delivering training on culturally competent and trauma-informed legal practice, and coaching lawyers and legal organizations through career transitions and equity-focused growth.
In 2025, Sabha stepped away from her private practice at Clarity Law Group to help launch the Muslim Women’s Legal & Community Support Clinic in partnership with the Canadian Council of Muslim Women. As Senior Staff Lawyer, she led the clinic’s legal team and strategic direction, providing culturally informed advocacy, legal literacy education, and direct support in family law and gender-based violence cases.
She is back to her private practice with a focus on family and estates litigation as well as real estate law and litigation.
Sabha continues to integrate technology, empathy, and systemic awareness into her work.
Join Sabha and fellow litigators for an engaging, conversation on moving beyond tradition to build a litigation practice that is both resilient and responsive.
